🌿Returns & Exchanges Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and condition. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cuticle oils unless the product arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
🌿Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
