🌿We ship to all 50 states in the US for a flat rate of $4.99.
🌿We ship to Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, New Zealand, and Taiwan for a flat rate of $24.99.
🌿Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
🌿Most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days; international orders within 10–14 days.
🌿You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
🌿International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the customer’s responsibility.
🌿Japan: orders over ¥10,000 (about $65, including shipping) are charged about 10% consumption tax plus a ¥200 Japan Post fee, paid on delivery.
🌿Taiwan: orders over NT$2,000 (about $63, including shipping) are charged 5% business tax plus any customs duty, paid on delivery. Taiwan Customs may ask you to confirm your package in the EZ WAY app; registering before your order arrives helps avoid delays.
Returns & Refunds🌿
🌿We want you to love your cuticle oil.
🌿We accept returns on defective or damaged items in the US.
🌿International returns are not accepted due to the cost of shipping.
🌿Because our products are personal care items, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used pens for hygiene reasons.
🌿If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at green@greenmadegoods.com and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
🌿If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks (US) or 6 weeks (international) of shipping, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
🌿Please include your order number and a photo or video of the damaged item.
🌿Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
🌿Replacements are shipped out in 1-2 business days.
